The sun never runs out of glow

I LOVE these words: "The sun never runs out of glow." Hannah is writing a book. She started to tell me the story, and it was a long ramble punctuated with gems like that line. Being concerned that some of it would disappear, I asked her to start making notes. There are now more pages than the ones posted above, and here's a quick translation:
The story is all about aliens who speak in opposites. They are fed dumberries via spaceship, and that actually makes them smart. The process of eating is a little complicated: The dumberries are dropped on their heads and just sort of disappear into their bodies. The plants in the alien village eat packages dropped from the spaceship, and they have invisible roots which glow. There are also other objects called spikeballs. The ground in the alien village is transparent, and the aliens are not born, they just appear whenever they want, but they first appear as ghosts, living in a graveyard. Apparently it is very difficult to get to this world (where the sun never runs out of glow) because they have a very grouchie lookout. As you may imagine, it is not a very pretty island.
