A stuffed animal in pictures
I tried to find a reference for the dalmatian she wanted to draw, but her room is a mess and the bookshelf close to being perilous, and I didn't want a computer where she was painting. This little toy was handy, and it accounts for the half-closed, cartoon eyes which mercifully disappeared once they were painted.
I predict I'll have to stitch one of these a week: Thing One is a stuffed animal freak. My saving grace is that these need to dry for at least 72 hours before the fabric is washed again (this one below skipped that last step).
She wants all future animals to have tags so she can write their names. This is Roofe:
