Yesterday
I've been home for two weeks, drawing, tiling, and hanging out with Hannah as she transitions to her new school. Sadly, it's all coming to an end tomorrow. Vacations at home are the best and I'd love to do this as often as I can.
A chance to get things done, breathe, hold hands and warble off-key on the way to school.
Seen on the way to get Hannah, an unhurried three-to-four-block ramble. Two weeks ago we had a thunderstorm which delivered unseasonal rain, underscoring how very dry California is right now.
New school year, new levels of busyness, and a lot of stuff that now needs to happen post-school. But there's always room for play, thankfully.
