Playground find
Proof that teeny-tiny dinosaurs lived at some point in San Luis Obispo (it's about half-a-thumb long). She found this on her school's playground, squirrelled it away into her pocket, and kept her little secret all day long until she came home (which is HARD for a 7-year-old to pull off). And until I took pictures I had no idea how encrusted it was with dirt. Meaning, I am (ahem) maturing as a mom :)
