Update:
She's a wonderful speaker, forthright, inspirational, funny. She used the word 'love' a lot, and she talked about her yearly valentines. And I don't remember her exact words but this resonated with me: There is no time wasted if you're doing something you love. She never keeps track of her time. She spends as much time as she needs to on any commission, large or small, to get it right.
